Piedmont Atlanta Hospital Daily Progress Notes

We designed Daily Progress Notes as a cost-effective way of engaging Piedmont Atlanta Hospital staff and stakeholders to ensure that key people are always informed and motivated.

Using Dreamweaver and Distribion’s marketing distribution system, we streamlined a torrent of one-off, unrelated enterprise-wide e-mails into a daily digital digest. Dreamweaver allowed us complete control over the template and editorial content; Distribion allowed us to communicate with all employees at once without overwhelming our e-mail servers or getting caught up in spam blockers. In addition, the system had built-in tracking and reporting features that provided real-time feedback on items of employee interest, which allowed us to track what messages need to be communicated again – or what messages needed to be communicated using a different messaging medium.

This implementation has reduced inbox clutter, streamlined messaging, increased employee interaction with the messaging medium, and provided more immediate two-way communication. It has also reduced the number of total man-hours required to communicate with employees, which ultimately saves money.
